This is a problem free 90 year old note. It's uncirculated, there are no stains, pinholes, tears or writing to distract from this "in my opinion" low graded note. I'm not a professional grader but I know what looks good. I have, and you probably have also, seen notes with higher grades that look nowhere as good as this note.
