Description: This is a beautiful bayonet. It has the factory blade, a good tip, and very good markings. It has a serial number and ASFA stampings on the pommel. Very clean overall. The blade has the vast majority of the factory metal color finish with little to no patina….very little wear. Nice factory blade with just a hint of edge wear. The blade has some minor brown spots which I am guessing would polish off if desired. The wood handle is secure with some minor surface wear. No cracks. The pommel looks great with some minor surface wear, mostly on top. The push button works as expected. The guard looks very nice with very little wear and patina. The scabbard is in very good condition with a nice brown patina with the original bluing mixed in. Some minor marks and scratches. Some minor dings. Fully functional. This is a beautiful set.
