Qualities include extremely strong & original corners, superb centering, good image quality, virtually no toning (rare for this card), a fine reverse side (no creases or folding), and a fresh vibrant appearance. Even the die-cut portion of the card is well aligned with the player image. This is the hobby's highest graded example and one of only two to be encapsulated as "Mint" (the other, a PSA 9, realized $90,000 in a private sale).V304s are notoriously difficult to find in top grade, without any toning or creasing, and the first card in the set (Broda) is particularly scarce to locate in NM-MT or better condition. William "Turk" Broda is a member of both the Manitoba Sports and NHL Halls of Fame. Led the Toronto Maple Leafs to five Stanley Cup Championships and a dynasty in the 1940s.
