THE BASE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE, You will have to find one.1. The handle has been Cleaned but has some Wear and bubbles in the chrome. Mount as Is, or Re-chrome for Show.2. Handle Stud has original Threads and is in Nice. You will need to get an Original Franklin Base to fit to the 37Hood.3. Some Builders like to Clear the Patina as it is and Make theirs a Unique Vehicle. Replace your Broken Handle with This one.4. This is one of the 23 Different Handles made for 27 Ford Passenger Cars. Base threads are good on other end. Can be attached to hood by using a Base that you have to make or Find. YOU CAN USE A STOCK BASE ,THIS WILL FIT with the handle and Work, BUT, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO LOCK IT ; Until you can find a locking Base. This is a very Rare and expensive piece . You probably have never seen one of these, or been able to buy one!! Make Your 37 Different than the guy next to you. 5. You Will have to Find a Locksmith who Can un-freeze the Lock and make the NOS Key Work and the Lock work Properly. The Mounting Hardware Not Included, use yours.
