Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage a lot stamp on the front that would be hard to photograph a musty smell the spine is split from the top staple up and the bottom staple down(making it a 50% cumulative spine split that has been half tape repaired) a number of small tear in the margins the cover is detached and other defects. I would call it around a 1.5 fr/gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
