Unlike it's American counterpart published by Bobbs-Merrill, This FABULOUS & Rare Edition has all 8 FULL COLOR MOTION PICTURE STILLS tipped in along with the original W.W. DESLOW Full Page Illustrations that the American Edition has, and has the FABULOUS FULL COLOR WRAPAROUND PICTORIAL BOARDS with ALL Five (counting TOTO) of the Main Characters, with JUDY GARLAND joking with other characters! This Book is in NEAR FINE CONDITION. Interior is COMPLETE, in 208 pages plus end papers (light gifting on front blank), with all of Denslow's Original in text & Full Page Black & White illustrations of the Bobbs-Merrill Version. Other than a couple of tiny margin tears on a few text page margins, No Damage. All pages well attached, with just a bit of very faint foxing to margins here and there. An EXCELLENT Example of a Rare & Much Sought After Collector's Title -- .....AND IT STILL RETAINS it's Original MATCHING COLOR PICTORIAL DUST JACKET -- in Good Condition, with front flap tear coming up from the bottom and continuing into the front illustration across the tin-man, but not reaching the scarecrow. Also, there is minor loss at the spine and corner tips with nearly all wording in tact. It is also price clipped. It is actually incredible it is still in the condition it is in, and is now preserved in a Bogart archival surround!!
