Scene Description: Los Angeles, Calif., Uncle Sam's new million-dollar Chavez Ravine Naval and Marine Armory was initiated when several hundred reserve recruits and officers were put through their paces for the first time there. Among the officers on hand were two prominent members of Hollywood's film colony, Marine Reserve Capt. James Roosevelt, son of the President and Maj. W. S.
