Postmarked May 16, 1942. Priced to sell. Ilag 8 held civilian prisoners who were not military combatants. Primarily British and US citizens caught in Europe after the war broke out. Scarce cancels and camp markings. Cover is in excellent condition. Shipping will be a flat $4.00 within the continental U.S. for USPS mail with insurance. Overseas airmail shipping is $14.00.
