Pride of the Norwegian merchant marine is the new Oslofjord, 16,500 ton motorship being rushed to completion in the outfitting basin at Amsterdam. The ship will make its trial run Oct. 14 from Amsterdam to Lands End, England, and return. Maiden voyage is scheduled for Nov. 26 from Norway to New York in the service of the Norwegian-American Line. It will be able to carry 300 passengers first class and 400 tourist class.
