BIO: Margaret O’Brien was born in 1937. She was an American film, radio, television and stage actress. She was a very popular child actress (starting at age 4) and she received a Juvenile Academy Award in 1944. One of her famous roles was opposite Judy Garland in Meet Me in St. Louis. This paper doll book was designed by Lee Lunzer. There are 2 LOVELY large unpunched Margaret paper dolls. Although the front cover indicates that there are 2 paper dolls, there are really 3 because the dolly has her own clothes. There are 6 pages of lovely uncut clothes. The pages also include cute drawings and real photos of Margaret as a child. The book has many other items including toys, a telephone, tea set, and more. Also, there is a cardboard section that is next to the 6th clothes page and it has toys, a clock, and a ScrapBook. The front cover has a window (to see Margaret’s face that is on the 2nd page) and it has a scalloped right edge. This LARGE Book’s Size is 9 3/4 x 14 3/4 inches!! **As an adult collector, my paper dolls have been stored in a smoke-free, climate-controlled room in my house.** CONDITION: The paper doll book is in SUPER MINT condition.
