As these maps are now some 65+ years old, they do not reflect the economic changes that have occurred in Nicaragua over the years and really depict the country in its most basic condition. This book is in fair-good condition. It has no rips or tears, and the binding is secure with all pages in place. There is writing (a name) on the front page. All of the content pages have a stain of some type at the top (see scans), but this staining does not impact the content. Because of these flaws, I have discounted the asking price by a moderate amount. This would be a great historical source for any student of Nicaragua. Pictures sell!
