Description: Here is a great Dewey poster that measures approx. 10 3/8" by 14" and is shown here in its shrink wrapping; I imagine that the reverse side is blank. Nice block print of Dewey in the center with 8 vignettes surrounding him that chronicle his rise in political power. The condition is very good with some wear seen on its right edge, a tiny bit of paper fraying of its lower right corner and a spot of abrasion of its upper right corner as well. Likely made circa 1944 after his presidential campaign and during his tenure in office as NY state Governor but before his 1948 run. Thanks for looking at this auction.
