This example describes the festivities planned for a New Year's Eve party organized by the Metropolitan DETROIT U.S.O. from 2100 (Military Time) -- December 31st 1945 to 0300 -- January 1st 1946 and was given as a souvenir to the attendees. And they certainly had something to celebrate as World War II had ended only 4 months prior!! The sponsoring agencies of the U.S.O. included the YMCA, NCCS, JWB and WYCA (described inside 2nd page, bottom).
