Overall in GOOD CONDITION. Light brown/tan cloth with facsimile signature of the author in gilt center of front board; gilt spine letters, lightly rubbed but legible. No owner name or marking on ffep, but the previous owner identified the the birth and death years next to the author's name in ink on title page, "1875-1926". No further marks in 61 clean and solidly bound pages. B10
