Mrs. Todd entered the hospital for treatment of a cut on the palm of her hand, which had severed a tendon. Two anesthetics were administered without effect on Mrs. Todd. The third, ether, was then given and Mrs. Todd died almost immediately. Photo measures 6.5 x 8.5 inches. Photo Is dated 1946.
