Description: For your consideration Vintage ‘Rizik Bros Washington’ sleeveless halter dress with velvet trim & matching velvet belt. Button front bodice (fastens with snaps) & bow tie collar. Working metal “Talon” back zipper. Sheer shell - feels like nylon or acetate blend. Tulle underskirt and synthetic satin slip. Fits like modern XS - probably 32 bust. Shown on size Small mannequin - it does not zip past the waist. Pre owned, shows light general wear. Overall excellent dress. Presents beautifully. Faint discoloration in areas (mainly at bust, but this fabric cleans well). Normal surface wear. Small pinholes and a few small holes in the tulle. The top snap at the neckline is a bit loose but holds. Normal creasing near the button holes of the belt. Has not been recently dry cleaned.
