One dated 1951 Rules & Rate of pay cover has some blemish's as shown in the cover picture. Pages 77,78 & 79 has a little writing on the pages as shown in the last 2 pictures. Book titled rules & instructions dated 1955 the owner signed the book as shown in picture 9. Page 77 has what looks like a change glued on the page as shown in picture 5. 1.
