The dress is blue velvet-like fabric with fur trim at the hem & cuffs. The blue velvet is in good shape, but could use a small repair under the right arm. The snaps are intact and the trim is in place. The right arm cuff has lost some fur. The satin lining shows the most age and you may want to clean it, however, it won't show when the dress is on since it is only on the underside of the skirt. The snaps are good, the tag is in place.
