Vintage white cotton fabric has large red polka dots and tulips printed throughout. Handmade from a 1950s Simplicity pattern and never worn. It is a Debutante Label (please read below for description). Size 16 measurements are: Bustline/chest: 38" Waistline: 30"Hip: 40"Length (waist to hem): 31" Condition is mint!
