What was fast becoming unaffordable suddenly was within the financial reach of most collectors! Even team sets which may not have had a player or two to eventually win election to the National Baseball Hall of Fame had (previous to Topps reprinting) become increasingly expensive due to the presence of cards from the last series! Offered here is a complete reprint team set of the classic 1952 Topps set. All cards issued for the team and reprinted by Topps in 1983 are here. Sometimes players changed teams during the season. For purposes of this complete team set, we have included ALL players noted on the BACK of the card as being part of this team. (Note: due to contractual problems, five cards from the original 407 were not reprinted: #20, 22, 159, 196 and 289.) All cards have been scanned (front side) with a single example back.
