First Class William Jones of the 93rd Ordnance Co., stationed at nearby Camp Irwin, points to a suspected faulty transmission (left) being removed from a new Army Tank. The Army announced yesterday in Washington that loose screws in the transmission had caused damage in "three or four" tanks and is resulting in a $60,000 recheck of 6.450 of the vehicles already delivered.
