Description: This is an early ‘made in New York’ Guild X-150 ‘Savoy’ from approximately 1955 as Guild moved to Hoboken in 1956. It features a 17″ lower bout and 25.5″ scale length, laminate spruce top and maple back and sides and single P-90 style pickup. The guitar has had its binding repaired and aged professionally so it looks natural to the age of the guitar. The guitar plays great and has a superb acoustic as well as electric sound. Aside from the binding it appears all original with no issues or repairs and comes with original Lifton style case.
