Description: 1 of 186 original Marshmallow sofas from the Herman Miller company designed by George Nelson. 186 of these were made between 1956 and 1961. This one is fresh from the original owners home in the Hollywood hills of Studio City. It has the original George Nelson/Herman Miller button and the original shipping tag. It has the original fabric and foam cushions. This one is untouched from the factory. As you can see in the pictures, the fabric is discolored and has one small hole in one of the cushions. The foam has some dents and is brittle. The fabric can be removed, dry cleaned, new foam installed, and then put the original fabric back on if so desired. I will build a wooden crate and pack it safely for it to be shipped anywhere in the USA or around the world for $500. Shipping must be arranged and paid for by the buyer.
