Description: Hello, here is a magneto from a 1957 johnson outboard motor. 18hp engine/ model FD-11 I do not know if this magneto works but it does appear to be complete and in good condition. The sparkplug wires also seem to be in very usable condition with no cracking and minimal wear. There is a slight tear in the grounding wire coming from the Black coil. Please see the photo for reference. If this was for my boat I would probably just put a piece of shrink wrap wire insulation over this area since it is a ground wire. The wire does seem to be intact elsewise. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
