Hollywood: Jerry's Dad - Danny Lewis, Jerry Lewis' dad, gets his first film break in Paramount's "Short Cut to Hell," in which he plays a cafe entertainer. He got the break without Jerry's help or knowledge. Danny, who has been a nightclub and theater entertainer for years, was visiting the studio with a friend and met Director James Cagney.
