Description: 1958 Horse Racing Program from Laurel, Maryland. This was the day of just the 7th Running of The Washington D C International which was by Invitation Only for the best Turf horses in the World. The race was won by The Austrailian Horse Sailor's Guide with Howard Grant. Not sure the Aussies ever won another. The D C International was the biggest Turf Race in the US at the time. One of the finest racing programs of the era - it pictures all the previous winners along with the horses running in this years race. Program is in excellent scored condition and will fit any collection. This comes from my personal collection and is not a recent find. Will be sent with tracking. E-mail if you have any questions.
