The newer book is mint with no flaws to name. The Eloise in Moscow book is in good condition, with minor corner bumping and the dust jacket with wear and soiling as shown. The interior is perfect and book under the dust jacket is very clean. Please disregard the condition specifics as they do not fit this situation as one book is mint and the other used.
