Description: Up for sale is a commemorative "municipal trade token" from the 1959 celebration of the centennial of Oregon statehood, Springfield issue (Gateway to McKenzie River). Description: The token is made from gilt brass, and measures approximately 34mm in diameter. Note that it is a "smoke" variety, as seen in the smokestacks on the left side. Note the similarity in size and design with the officially listed Oregon Centennial pieces in Hibler-Kappen. Due to its nature as a token redeemable in trade, it would not be officially listed as a so-called dollar. It has been graded at MS66 and encapsulated by NGC. Condition: Shiny original surfaces with a rich golden tone. Please examine the photographs for further details and qualities. Thanks for looking! Shipping Information:WE COMBINE SHIPPING!
