Description: Hall of Famer and member of the 500 Home Run club Ed Matthews cards from 1959-61. Matthews was a 12 time All Star and hit 512 homers in a 17-year career, all with the Braves, in both Milwaukee and Atlanta. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1978. 1960 #420 Unfortunately this card was poorly cut and you see the top of another card at the top of this one. Too bad because the rest of the card looks great. Sharp portrait, no stains or paper damage, no pencil marks. There is a very tiny crease in the lower left corner. The back looks great.
