Description: This is extremely rare and since it was kept in a book it is in very good condition. There is some minimal discoloration due to oxidation and age. There is also a sticker and some marker to the front and back of the book. Lastly the bottom right corner has a small crease. There are creases along the fold lines. Nothing appears torn.
