Pack fresh Near perfect centering Spectacular corners Clean back Smooth to the touch Vintage ‘65 Lary pitched 12 years in the majors after signing with Detroit in 1950. He played 11 years with Detroit where he twice won 20 games or better and was a three time All Star and gold glove winner. In ‘56, Lary led the league in wins (21), and complete games (20), games started (30), and Innings pitched (294). Four times he led the league in hit batsmen. At the age of 31, Lary amassed 23 wins for the season. Lary hung around but pitched sparingly thereafter with the Mets Tigers and White Sox before being released by the White Sox in October of ‘65. He finished with a lifetime record of 128 wins and 116 losses
