Undated, these were issued between 1967 and 1975. In 1960 Chile had changed from "Pesos" to "Escudos" at the rate of 1000 Pesos to 1 Escudo. In 1975 they went back to Pesos. Face: B 19 • 0187882 • Dark green and brown on multicolor underprint. • Jose Miguel Carrera Verdugo who lived from 1785 until 1821. He was a Chilean General, formerly Spanish military, and is considered one of the founders of independent Chile. • Watermark: D. Diego Portales.
