1967 Epiphone Riviera E360TD 12 String XII Sunburst with Hardshell Case

Description: 1967 Epiphone E360TD 12 Riviera XII The serial number is 102064 which dates it to 1967. The body is in very good condition overall, but has some small dings, scratches, scuffs and finish checking. Someone decided to install a master volume pot on the pickguard and cut a small hole on the lower f-hole. It's pretty crazy what people did back in the day, but the hole is covered up completely by the pickguard. The pot was sticking up quite a bit and didn't really fit in the hole, so I replaced it with a smaller one and put on a small Jazz Bass style knob so they are more out of the way now. There are no cracks or structural issues.The neck is straight and the frets show average wear. It's in excellent playing condition and has no major issues. The fretboard is clean and the back of the neck has a few small dings but no major wear. The headstock has small nicks around the edges but no cracks, repairs or extra holes. The nut is 1.58" wide, the neck measures 0.89" thick at the 1st fret and 1.04" thick at the 12th fret.The hardware and electronics are original and in excellent working condition. The pickups measure 6.81 Ω (Bridge) and 6.70 Ω (Neck). It comes in a vintage hardshell case which has some general wear on the outside. It's actually from an old Japanese acoustic guitar so it's a little deeper than it needs to be, but fits pretty well. All of the latches, hinges and handle are in excellent working order and the interior has no bad odors.Actual weight for the guitar is 8 lbs 8 oz.Please note that I do not set up my guitars before mailing. I have played it and everything is great as far as I'm concerned, but you may need to change the strings, adjust the action or do other maintenance to get it to your preferences.I list some of my items on both eBay and Reverb.
