Description: This Listing is for an Original 1967 First Printing of a Sausalito Ark MUSIC POSTER by Artist Bob Masse. The Concert Featured “Freudian Slips,” an All Women Band. This 1st Print Poster measures approximately 22” inches x 16” inches. This Poster has been kept for over 50 Years in EXCELLENT Condition by our Client. However, there are some very minor condition issues that are pretty standard on Vintage poster of this type and age. - The Top Left Corner has a small Liquid Stain and a frayed corner with creases running vertically from the side edge to the top. There is also some wear both on the to edge on top, with more severe wear on the edge running on the side (see Listing Pics #4). - The Top Right has a Corner is Frayed and has Creases. There is also a small mark on the material (but no hole) located on the yellow margin below the corner (see Listing Pic #5). - There are two small Water Marks near the Bottom Left Corner. The Corner itself also shows signs of wear (see Listing pic #6). - The Bottom Right Corner is frayed and has creases with worn side edges (see Listing Pic #7). - Lastly, the left-hand side of the poster from the top to nearly the bottom has Darken slightly. It’s hard to see in normal light, but its more noticeable when a light is shining directly on the Material (see Listing Pic #1). Again, Overall, this Poster is in relatively Fine Shape. Most of the Key Art has Vibrant Colors and Clean lines that belie the poster’s age of 50+ years. About the Artist: Bob Masse is a Canadian artist who has been designing concert posters since the 1960s. Masse was greatly influenced by the art and music scenes in Los Angeles and San Francisco, where he lived in the late 1960s, producing posters and album covers for various bands of the day.
