Description: This exquisite 1968 Talking Truly Scrumptious Barbie is a must-have for any Barbie collector. From the iconic Chitty Chitty Bang Bang movie, this Barbie comes with an outfit, shoes, and is in its original packaging. Barbie and her outfit are pristine in the box, however I would venture a guess that the satin bodice of her dress has suffered slight fading from the original color. Pull string pulls, but doll is mute. You only hear a slight scratchy sound. This doll comes from a family collection of Barbie and has been stored in a climate controlled, pet and smoke free environment. The top of the box had been opened at some point, but the doll and included items are secured in the packaging. The top was resecured with cellophane tape. Since it had been opened previously, I opened it again to check on the condition of the doll and contents and to take pictures. The box itself has some storage and shelf wear. Go ahead.
