Description: If you have been waiting to buy a Conn 8D that is as close to new as possible - this is it!You will not find a nicer example of a 1969 Conn 8D French Horn unless it was bought brand new and never used. This may have been a Demo instrument or it was bought new and barely used. It is in near mint condition minus only 2 very small marks/dings on the instrument - see pictures. The Finish looks great! I do not see any notable scratches on the finish - if there are any they are so tiny I missed them. All Tuning Slides move freely. Valves function well - the compression is "like new". Plays GREAT with a warm and very resonant tone. Response and Intonation are excellent. Instrument looks fairly clean, but I would recommend it be given a basic cleaning/servicing since I do not know when it was done last.Original Case and Mouthpiece are in excellent condition.Returns accepted only if it is grossly misrepresented.
