Listing is for a 1969 NASA APOLLO 11 EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE MEDAL and CERTIFICATE with details below:EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE MEDAL SETMedal Box includes RIBBON and 2 small PINSIncludes original Box for medalMedal Box has EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE MEDAL Embossed on the topPins (appx. 1/2" - 5/8" diameter) Medal appx. 3-1/8"L (medallion with bale appx. 1-1/4"L and appx. 1-1/2" diameter)CERTIFICATEMeasures appx. 11"W x 14"L (with frame appx. 12-1/4"W x 15-1/4"L)Medal and Certificate are in Excellent Overall condition for use and age with minimal wear. Case for medal has some expected aging and storage wear. Ribbon has a tiny pin hole (where likely one of the smaller pins was worn on it at one time). Certificate was professionally framed (still sealed with framer's paper/label on backside) and appears one of the points on the seal was pushed over during the framing process (the point is there just folded over if your desire is to adjust and reframe - certificate has not been removed from frame and frame is included with listing).
