About 20% of the surviving second series could be found in packs and this card was issued at the very end of the wax run at a ratio of approximately one in fifty. Additionally, nearly every example still in hobby circulation is in less than "Near Mint" condition. This outstanding gem is almost certainly the finest on the planet and should rightfully be weighted 10/10 in the PSA Registry as it is, by far, one of the scarcest cards in the 1969 O-Pee-Chee hockey series.
