Description: "It's little. It's lovely. It lights." That slogan by Western Electric truly applied to this lovely turquoise Princess TouchTone push button telephone from the 1970's. It underwent a total restoration and is a real beauty. The plastics went to a professional painter and received a coating of Polane by Sherwin Williams - the same commercial paint used on aircraft - not something out of a rattle can. During reconstruction, it got a brand new coiled handset cord and a new rubberized cork pad on its base to protect your fine furniture. It has a nightlight that can be turned on or off with a little switch on the back. Lift the handset and it goes full bright. This design enables you to dial out in the dark - way cool. Every function has been bench tested and works 100% all the way on any traditional land line, VOIP, cable, etc. Sound transmission is excellent both ways, and it has a mechanical bell to announce incoming calls. It's truly plug-n-play right out of the box. Everything has been done for you, and this little jewel will bring you years of enjoyment, reminiscent of a bygone era, when phones had pretty designs and colors to compliment every decor. Notice in my last picture the comparison of Western Electric Turquoise Color #64 vs. Aqua Color #62 - often confused by even some of our telephone club members. Turquoise has a bit of minty green to it as opposed to Aqua, which is true blue. In my 4th decade of phone restoration, it's a pleasure to offer this Princess to you. Thanks! -Eddie
