Part Number is 3467474. This is cracked on all 3 spokes at the base as seen in pictures. Once a horn cap is on it will be hard to see though (I don't have the horn cap). Needs to be cleaned. The black has a light white faze to it. I'm sure it will clean up with some work. Still a useable wheel but it is SOLD AS IS AS IT HAS THE DESCRIBED AND PICTURED FLAWS.
