The map opens up to 18" x 27" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by H.M. Gousha. On the reverse side there are inset plans of Alexandria, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, Shreveport, New Orleans, Monroe, Lafayette, and New Orleans. This map was published by Texaco in 1972 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 9-TT. The code on the back cover is 723. Little "T" symbols on the map locate Texaco gas stations on major highways. Condition: This map is in excellent condition, bright and clean, with no marks, rips, or tears.
