The drugs, evidence in about 75 cases since 1971, included 21 pounds of marijuana, two grams of hashish, a small amount of cocaine, LSD, PCP, 3,000 pills, and equipment such as needles and syringes. The burn took place after a court order was obtained from Circuit Judge Robert L. Williams. Detective Sergeant Robert Hobba (left) and Detective Richard McCoy (right) used five gallons of diesel oil in the fire. Bill Booth (center), investigator for Pasco-Pinellas State Attorney James T.
