They were produced by Topps and designed by artist from Mad Magazine. The Artwork from many of these original run stickers were later re used in other production runs; except from the 1973 series 1, which were borrowed artwork from the 1967 "diecut series" and the 1973 series 2, which were borrowed , but re drawn artwork from the 1969 "wacky ads".
