In 2020, I was suffering from Hypertrophy Cardiomyopathy. Almost four years ago God gave me a second chance in life and was blessed to receive a heart transplant. My surgery was conducted at Memorial Hospital in Hollywood Florida. Since, I have been on a strict daily regime and take 34 different types of meds daily. That includes several anti-rejection medications that I must be on for the rest of my life. In July of this year my insurance company informed me they would no longer cover me 100%, including one of my rejection meds. I was horrified and now pay nearly $1850.00 dollars a month.
