Witch stands 24" tall due to missing hat (add your own, or be creeped out by the scary 'Granny'), normally would stand 30" tall. She is very sturdy with a nice heavy base. The broom is not the original broom, but a very close proximity. Attached to her left hand with a black tie. Pumpkin lights up and her arms move back and forth as her head rocks side to side.
