Description: Here is a 1983 AC Spark Plug 75th anniversay commemorative front license plate. MIchigan has not issued a front license plate since the early 70's, so AC made up some fancy front plates to fill the space and get some some advertising. I don't really know how these were distributed... I'm guessing through UAW local 651, since there is a 651 on the plate. This has minor scratches and dings from decades of storage, but it is still pretty nice. The bolt holes are in good condition, so I don't think it was ever on a car.
