Payment: We only accept payments through Ebay. Please pay within 2 days. Unpaid item reminders will be automatically sent after 2 days. If waiting for additional items to end, payment is expected within 5 days of the first ended item. Shipping: Items are usually shipped the day after payment with the exception of items paid on Fri/Sat/Sun which are then usually shipped Mon or Tue. A tracking number will be provided once we pack and look to ship the item. Returns: We do accept returns, please contact us as soon as possible stating the reason you wish to return the item. Apart from exceptional circumstances we do not pay for return postage or refund initial postage costs. We only accept returns by opening a returns case through eBay.
