Description: About this vehicle For sale is a 1983 Caprice Classic Brougham wagon. It still has the original 305 small block and runs well. Its had regular service and comes with all of the service records I have. The engine has about 90k on it since rebuild and the transmission is brand new, having about 2k miles on it. The transmission is a 700R4 overdrive. Seller's Notes This vehicle has been lovingly cared for by me, for the last two years and it was meticulously kept by the previous owner from 1994, to when I bought it in 2022. The car has been regularly driven for its entire life and has rarely been out of service. The engine burns no oil and regularly gets about 20mpg. The car does leak power steering fluid. It has a new steering pump, but needs the steering gearbox rebuilt. I have a replacement rag joint and lower column that will be included with sale. Vehicle Details This is a Chevrolet Caprice wagon built on the GM B Body platform. It has a 305 Chevy small block and 700r4 transmission. Most parts between Pontiac, Oldsmobile and Buick are interchangeable including the glass. This vehicle is in extremely good condition for its age. Id rate it an 8.5/10 as far as condition both cosmetically and mechanically. The body is fairly straight, it doesnt have any rot or bad dents. It does have some dings, scuffs and rock chips. The only issues with this car are the AC and the gear indicator doesnt currently fix. All it needs is a new cable. Exterior Interior Engine Other Deposits are nonrefundable.
