I've added a reference pic of the correct placement of this damper for good measure. When it comes to 40 year old dampers, it probably will not get much better than this. Is it perfect? No but it's pretty close. Overall condition is solid with no major issues to contend with. Rubber is still supple and will mount up no problems See pic for details and I really can't add anything you don't already see in the provided photos. Winning bidder should be pleased with the purchase. If your damper is missing or damaged, this is certainly worth some consideration. Item was lightly cleaned up, bagged n tagged ready to go. Again I think the provided pics pretty much say it all on the overall quality of this item. This is easily the cleanest original damper currently selling on ebay and my asking price is better than the rest. Solid original right here.
