Description: Jack Nicklaus, aka “The Golden Bear,’ is the greatest golfer of all-time, having won a record 18 majors and an astounding 117 tournaments worldwide. In August of 1986, a new tournament was launched in the scenic foothills of the Rocky Mountains, on a challenging mountain course outside of Denver designed by Nicklaus, who served as unofficial host for the inaugural tournament. The tournament provided a limited number of Tour Balanta 392 golf balls to participants, including Nicklaus, each featuring the tournament’s soaring eagles logo. The ball features two imprinted Nicklaus signatures in bold black, shows tournament wear, and is stamped by the manufacturer as a #4 ball. This unique and valuable collectible was obtained directly from Nicklaus by To Die For Collectibles at the tournament.
